Document scanning and Indexing

Our imaging services enable the conversion of paper documents into either a  digital  or electronic format. Document imaging services are highly beneficial in a business scenario as they eliminate the cumbersome methods of document storage/retrieval  by granting instant access to personal information.

At CMCSOFT, we are facilitated with specialized scanners that contain automatic document feeders that provide higher resolution, high volume, and faster scanning. Scanned images are later stored and converted into different kinds of file formats. File naming & coding coupled with File library indexing are implemented using highly developed techniques. We deliver high-quality digital images and index information in formats according to the requirements of our customers; mostly in TIFF or PDF formatted images, stored at a high resolution of 300 dpi.

These materials will then be converted to text by our specialized multi - language OCR software or directly keyed from these materials into the database.
