Typical Skills

- BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 2 - 5 years experience in Software Quality Engineering.
- At least 10 - 15 SQA Engineers.
- Hands-on experience with both white box, black box testing, automation testing and in building testing frameworks.
- Design, develop and implement testing tool for test automation.
- Experienced in SQL, Relational Database and programming languages such as: .NET, Java, C, etc…
- Experience with Windows OS, UNIX, LINUX multi-platform based development.
- Good at designing Test plan, Workload model, Test model, Test cases, Test procedures and Test scripts.
- Keen on self-study & a quick learner, self  confident, and self  motivated.
- A collaborative and flexible attitude.
- Exceptional ability in working independently and under high pressure.
- Trained and experienced with Rational Unified Process (RUP) test, V model, Spiral model and CMMI process.
